2. Acceptable Uses

Our Services may be used for:

• Hosting personal media server applications for content you legally own or have rights to access
• Streaming your own media library to authorized users
• Managing media server infrastructure for legitimate purposes
• Testing and development of media server configurations

3. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our Services to:

3.1 Illegal Activities

• Distribute copyrighted content without authorization
• Engage in any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law
• Facilitate or promote illegal activities

3.2 Harmful Content

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - Zero tolerance, immediate termination and reporting to authorities
• Content depicting violence against minors
• Content promoting terrorism or violent extremism
• Malware, viruses, or other malicious software

3.3 Abuse of Services

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Launching denial-of-service attacks
• Cryptocurrency mining without authorization
• Spamming or phishing operations
• Reselling Services without authorization

3.4 Resource Abuse

• Excessive bandwidth consumption that affects other users
• Running services outside the scope of media streaming
• Circumventing resource limits

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All content accessed, stored, or distributed through your account
• Ensuring you have legal rights to any media you use
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• The actions of anyone you grant access to your server
• Complying with third-party service terms (Plex, Emby, Jellyfin, etc.)

6.1 Reporting Violations

6.2 Investigation

We will investigate reported violations and take appropriate action. We may suspend services during investigation.

6.3 Consequences

Violations may result in:

• Warning
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent termination
• Reporting to law enforcement (for illegal activities)
